About the position

The Mid-Level HTML/CMS Content Writer will be responsible for creating and delivering scaled help content and end-to-end content with direct guidance. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness, utilizing data analytics and best practices to execute content strategies. The position requires a firm grasp of HTML and CMS, along with practical experience in writing and copyediting.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver scaled help content with direct guidance.
• Assist with identification of appropriate presentation format, style, and design and ensure content accuracy.
• Execute content strategies based on data analytics and understanding of best practices.
• Create and deliver end-to-end content with direct guidance, including mock designs for A/B experimentation and training LLMs with Q/A pairs.
• Develop base level knowledge across all Consumer product areas.
• Take direction from Comms Strategists, Vertical Lead, and Content & Innovation to execute content changes throughout the consumer product life cycle.

Requirements

• Firm grasp of HTML and CMS (Content Management Systems)
• 1+ years of practical experience in writing and copyediting
• Proficiency in required content authoring tools
• Tooling proficiency for content production (ex. Figma, Composer, Asana, Pulse)
