About the position

Responsibilities

  • Provides policy and procedural information and guidance on programs and processes.
  • Formulate reports and provide status updates to management.
  • Compile and distribute materials for management.
  • Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as recruitment and training.
  • Recommend and analyze data relevant to HR functions.
  • Become familiar with guidelines and policies.
  • Responsible for ad hoc or other tasks relevant to the role.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
  • Three years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Capital Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
