About The Position

The Mid-Level Industrial Security Specialist at Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) will support new initiatives for Condor and/or Grayson programs, working in a fast-paced environment with cutting-edge technology. The role involves ensuring compliance with security regulations, conducting assessments, and leading personnel security processes. Candidates must hold an Active TS/SCI clearance and possess strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Industrial Security.
• 1+ years of experience supporting Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Programs (SAP).
• Experience working in a classified environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Active Counterintelligence Polygraph.
• Experience as Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO or ACPSO), Program Security Officer (PSO), Program Security Representative (PSR), or Program Security Manager.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assigned Internal Security Controls through compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections.
• Identifies deficiencies and recommends corrective actions.
• Assists less experienced personnel with Internal Security Controls.
• Protects sensitive information through the development and administration of an Operational Security program.
• Leads and performs Personnel Security processes to assist in obtaining security clearances.
• Conducts security awareness training and education programs.
• Performs Physical Security duties within Boeing facilities to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manages Sub-Contractor compliance with government regulations.
• Participates in enterprise Integrated Product Team (IPT) sub or task teams.
