About the position

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Java Developer to support a federal client in Colorado Springs, CO. This hybrid role requires candidates to work 20% on-site and is exclusively open to U.S. Citizens. The successful candidate will need to possess an Active Secret security clearance prior to starting. The role involves building web and backend applications/services for a credentialing/case management system, utilizing Java/Spring based REST APIs, and contributing to the development of customer engagement systems for federal service agencies.

Responsibilities

• Build web and backend applications/services for credentialing/case management system.
• Utilize Java/Spring based REST APIs along with a Web 2.0 framework in a continuous integration environment.
• Collaborate with a team of developers to create next-generation customer engagement systems for federal service agencies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in developing software using Java.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing GitLab.
• 1+ year of recent experience developing and implementing software solutions using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Java.
• 1+ year of experience working in an Agile environment.
• 1+ years of experience with using Java development tools (e.g. Eclipse, JUnit, Git).
• Experience in a large-scale Federal IT Program.
• Experience with SAFe Agile delivery framework.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Benefits

• Salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, dependent on experience.
