About the position

CGI has an immediate need for a Mid-Level Java Full Stack/UI Developer to join our team. This position can be located remotely anywhere in the U.S. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest leaders in the secondary mortgage industry. We are looking for a strong Mid Level Full Stack and UI Developer with AWS, to work on real implementations in a highly dynamic and fast-paced Agile environment. This incumbent is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and evolving the cloud infrastructure of web applications. Our platform allows us to provide our clients with enterprise level mobile and web solutions. We are now looking for a self-motivated Mid Level Java Full Stack Developer with UI development experience in Angular and React.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and evolve the cloud infrastructure of web applications.
• Develop AWS deployment automation services for various security-related applications and tools.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and support deployment of tools in AWS.
• Write conceptual and detailed design documents for large scale enterprise applications.
• Develop applications in distributed environments, including database and transaction management.
• Integrate applications using SOAP/REST Web Services, ESB, JMS, and file/data transfers.

Requirements

• Typically requires 5-7 years relevant experience.
• 3-4 years of prior Mortgage Domain Experience required.
• Experience with AWS Full Stack Development, Java, Angular UI Development, Microservices, Springboot, and Hibernate.
• AWS development experience using Python, Java, Node.js, lambda service, and scripting.
• Experience with AWS code pipeline, AWS deployment automation, and AWS Service Catalog.
• Programming experience with Angular, Java, J2EE, XML, and Web Services.
• Experience in full life cycle application/system development.
• Familiarity with GIT repositories (Bit Bucket) and Agile Methodology/SCRUM/Kanban.
• Experience with Jenkins and GIT.
