The Boeing Company is seeking a Mid-Level Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support the Boeing St. Louis Quality Compliance Team at the Mascoutah, IL (St. Clair) facility. As a member of the Quality Compliance Team, you will work in a collaborative team environment with Quality, multiple levels of Boeing Management, and our Customers to ensure compliance with Boeing policies and procedures. Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
  • Work with organizations to develop strategies, plans, and metrics to achieve business objectives.
  • Implement strategies and plans at the appropriate level in the organization.
  • Lead problem-solving and problem resolution activities under minimal direction.
  • Assist with activities across functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations.
  • Provide feedback on assessment results and work with key stakeholders to design and implement solutions/preventative measures.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, assembly and integration and/or pre-flight and delivery.
  • 3+ years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results.
  • 3+ years of experience conducting audits, inspections, investigations, and coordinating resolution of issues.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders.
  • Experience developing or auditing standard work.
  • Experience implementing safety improvements in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement Implementation.
  • Experience in a highly regulated environment (compliance).
