About the position

The Mid-Level Product Analyst will join the Loss Prevention Global Solution Delivery Team, focusing on enhancing safety for associates and customers while protecting company assets. This role involves collaboration across multiple regions, including the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Australia, to manage solutions effectively. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, refine the backlog, and support the product team in achieving their goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and experience with tools like Jira and Confluence, along with knowledge of Agile methodologies and Loss Prevention applications.

Responsibilities

• Work to determine detailed requirements from key stakeholders for the team
• Contribute to the Loss Prevention team's backlog refinement, including user story point estimation and testing considerations
• Articulate context around requirements and solutions, and work to build consensus within a stakeholder group
• Work with and support the product team to achieve iteration goals and objectives
• Ensure the functional integrity of the product/solution

Requirements

• 5-10 years' experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Presentation skills
• Analytical skills
• Ability to drive conversations with cross-functional teams

Nice-to-haves

• 1-3 years' experience with SAFe framework/Agile delivery methods
• Experience in the Loss Prevention field
• Knowledge and experience with Loss Prevention applications like Genetec or Appriss
• Familiarity with the retail industry & best practices
• Experience working with vendors and 3rd party solutions
• Experience working in a retail environment
