Responsibilities

• Develop 6+ design options per product with a strong focus on 2D line development.
• Independently manage each project from concept to production, ensuring smooth transitions and timely completions.
• Create and maintain detailed tech sheets, effectively communicating specifications to production teams.
• Proactively track and manage every aspect of the design process, ensuring projects stay on course.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure designs meet functional and creative standards.
• Maintain strict organizational control over multiple projects, ensuring timelines and standards are consistently met.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in product or graphic design, with a focus on practical application and 2D line development.
• Strong organizational skills with a disciplined approach to follow-up and project management.
• Ability to work autonomously and stay accountable without needing close supervision.
• Proficient in the technical aspects of design, including textiles, materials, and working with factories.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and design specs.
