Responsibilities

• Create various forms of social media content—text captions, videos, and images suitable for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content maximizes engagement, reach, and sales.
• Ensure every piece of content aligns with the brand voice.
• Connect with industry influencers to facilitate collaborations and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media content creation.
• Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
• Proven experience in creating engaging content on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Ability to turn a concept into compelling content.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Being equipped with a laptop and smartphone (preferred).
• Ability to work with creative tools for social media such as Instagram Reels, TikTok Studio, and other video/photo editing apps.
• Extensive knowledge of the epoxy industry's popular social media platforms.
