About the position

The Mid-level Software Developer (.NET) at Peraton will support a team of developers in building advanced customer engagement systems for federal service agencies. This role emphasizes servant leadership, guiding teams in self-organization and effective Agile practices, while also contributing to the development of a large .NET application.

Responsibilities

• Support a large .NET application development team.
• Facilitate Agile practices as a servant leader.
• Conduct data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation.
• Develop queries and reporting functionalities.
• Design and develop user interfaces.
• Engage in mobile application development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a BS/BA degree.
• 5+ years of experience as a scrum master utilizing SAFe methodologies or similar Agile roles.
• 2+ years of experience facilitating communication and collaboration with clients and development teams.
• U.S. Citizenship and Secret clearance required.

Nice-to-haves
