About the position

The Mid-level UI Developer with React will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, developing, and maintaining websites. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including Systems Analysts and Project Managers, to create responsive and user-friendly web applications. The developer will also lead and mentor a small team of web designers and developers, ensuring high standards in design and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, develop, and maintain websites.
• Work with Systems Analysts, Project Managers, and SharePoint Developers/Admins.
• Create sophisticated, responsive, and device-friendly website designs.
• Design widgets with performance, scalability, and usability in mind.
• Collaborate closely with team members and clients.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 web designers/developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with full design lifecycle phases from customer reviews, design, and development of websites.
• 5+ years experience working with technical teams to design website templates and mock-ups.
• 5+ years of experience with React, HTML 5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Good knowledge of Angular.
• Expert in standards-based, cross-browser, multi-form factor development and responsive design.
• Experience with Agile Development methodologies.
• Expertise in platforms and large applications.
