As a Mid-Market Account Executive at MyTime, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how mid-market business owners manage their operations, attract and retain customers, and enhance their communication strategies. You will be responsible for the entire sales pipeline for your accounts, which primarily consist of businesses within key verticals that have between 10 to 100 locations. Your role will involve consulting with business owners and department leaders across the United States, demonstrating how MyTime can streamline their operations, grow their customer base, and improve their online presence. You will pitch and demo MyTime's advanced features, including Point of Sale, Automated Marketing, and Online Scheduling, through phone calls and online web demonstrations. This position is a quota-carrying role in a fast-growing startup environment, requiring you to thrive in a dynamic sales role. You will need to be relentlessly positive, hardworking, and self-motivated to meet aggressive sales targets. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will be adapting your style to engage a diverse audience of business owners. As a member of an early-stage startup team, you should be passionate about creating something great and willing to share your ideas and insights to enhance product, sales, and customer success processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background with 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales and solution-based selling. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment, developing initial sales processes and scripts, managing operational processes, reporting on metrics, and interacting with prospects at all organizational levels.
