About the position

The Mid Market Account Executive at hireEZ is responsible for driving new business bookings with mid-market accounts. This role involves managing a robust opportunity pipeline, qualifying leads, and converting them into customers. The position requires building strong relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicating the hireEZ value proposition. The Account Executive will collaborate with various teams to meet and exceed sales goals while leveraging market and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for new business bookings with mid market accounts
  • Manage a robust opportunity pipeline to support bookings targets
  • Qualify and convert leads into pipeline opportunities and customers
  • Generate interest and sales in target accounts
  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships
  • Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities
  • Execute value-selling while leveraging market, prospect, and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Education, Account Managers, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievements within assigned business
  • Represent hireEZ to assigned accounts and communicate the hireEZ value proposition clearly and accurately

Requirements

  • Drive, motivation, and an unrelenting hunger for success
  • Multi-year experience selling SaaS, consulting, or relative services within the technology ecosystem
  • Experience in a high-activity sales environment
  • Excellent presentation skills, written communication, and phone skills
  • Consistent track record of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings quota
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
