About the position

The Mid Market Account Executive at ADP is responsible for closing sales and winning new business within a defined territory. This role involves cultivating relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers, assessing buyer needs, and presenting tailored ADP solutions. Responsibilities

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Attend training programs and collaborate with sales teams to sell human resources solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers.
• Set appointments and gather leads from established internal partners.
• Assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions.
• Manage multiple sales processes through various stages until implementation.
• Cross-sell with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners.

Requirements

• Positive self-starter with an upbeat and persistent style.
• Experience in outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of closing sales.
• Ability to manage time well, prioritize deliverables, and multi-task effectively.
• Strong presentation skills in various formats (paper, in-person, over the phone).
• Three years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in field sales.
• Military experience is a plus, showcasing teamwork, resilience, and negotiation skills.
