About The Position

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at SPOTIO, you will play a crucial role in driving sales success by prospecting, booking meetings, and closing deals. This position involves following a proven sales process, supported by coaching and development, to help sales professionals increase their activity and achieve revenue targets. You will conduct software demonstrations, lead discovery sessions, and collaborate with various teams to ensure an optimal customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct sales experience
  • Cold calling experience
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS startup preferred
  • Familiarity with Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and book high-quality meetings with potential clients.
  • Conduct software demonstrations via Zoom to showcase the platform's benefits.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify client needs and close deals.
  • Track, report, and manage sales activities using Salesforce and other tools.
  • Partner with the CX team to support customers during post-sale onboarding and adoption.
  • Collaborate with product specialists, marketers, and SDRs to enhance customer experience.
