About the position

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Xactly Corporation, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth within the company. This position involves educating the market about Xactly's Intelligent Revenue Solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, managing a sales pipeline, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve strategic goals. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on Xactly's solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales processes and strategies.
  • Manage a high-volume sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and product expert for customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in closing and carrying quotas in enterprise software sales.
  • Experience establishing strategic relationships with C-level executives.
  • Ability to manage high-volume pipelines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interest in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and related SaaS technologies.
  • Demonstrated hustle, determination, and customer-centric approach.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the SaaS market.
  • Familiarity with Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Sales Forecasting.
