About the position

The Mid-Market Account Manager Deal Coordinator at KnowBe4 plays a crucial role in supporting the Account Management team by maximizing revenue opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and managing administrative functions. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to enhancing team performance through effective communication and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Generate quotes for Account Managers
  • Assist with SOWs for customization and managed services
  • Identify potential add-on/upgrade opportunities and alert the Account Managers accordingly
  • Create prorated add-on, upgrade or cross sale opportunities as requested by the Account Managers via Chatter
  • Update quotes when proration expires in a new month
  • Log and monitor stats on a daily/weekly basis
  • Execute post sale admin and order routing forms

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Strong collaborative and team work skills
