The Mid-Market Content & Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in the SMB Regional Marketing Team, which aims to make TikTok the most relevant growth platform for small and medium-sized businesses. This position involves close collaboration with Sales and Product teams to optimize performance-driven messaging strategies and customer journeys for SMB and mid-market audiences. The ideal candidate will be a visionary strategist with a strong background in content strategy and integrated marketing, capable of designing and executing multi-channel customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies tailored to the SMB and Mid-Market commerce verticals. This includes designing bespoke marketing campaign solutions, creating compelling program narratives, and ensuring that all initiatives address the specific needs of our customers. You will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, focusing on initiatives that drive lead generation, new customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Additionally, you will oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategy and content creation to vendor management and launch execution, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will advocate for the needs of SMB and Mid-Market customers, influencing internal teams to prioritize solutions and develop data-driven approaches. You will also share best practices and collaborate with regional counterparts to achieve full-funnel success across various verticals. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking and execution, with a focus on achieving goals and embracing new challenges. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement bespoke marketing campaign solutions for SMB and Mid-Market commerce verticals.
  • Create compelling program narratives and sales enablement materials for seasonal and ongoing campaigns.
  • Identify regional SMB and Mid-Market needs through data and content, ensuring solutions address specific requirements.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans for priority growth initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales, Growth, and Product teams to define market size and prioritize initiatives that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle for SMB and Mid-Market initiatives, ensuring projects stay on time and budget.
  • Manage content creation for campaigns, coordinating with internal and external vendors to develop high-quality assets.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance across digital platforms, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Advocate for the needs of SMB and Mid-Market customers, influencing internal teams to prioritize solutions.
  • Share best practices and collaborate with regional counterparts to achieve full-funnel success across verticals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategy or content strategy role.
  • Experience designing and executing sales enablement and content strategies.
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate abstract concepts.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope, and independently lead ideation and execution.
  • Experience leading and collaborating across broader teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to define product value propositions and GTM plans.
  • Confidence in crafting integrated marketing plans encompassing various channels.
