About The Position

The Mid Software Engineer will be a crucial member of a Chicago-based start-up focused on the live sports, theater, and concert markets. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions aimed at optimizing the ticketing process for secondary market ticket sellers. The engineer will contribute to building robust applications and APIs that facilitate seamless operations across various platforms.

Requirements

• Proficiency in ASP.Net and .Net Core
• Strong experience with C# programming
• Knowledge of Razor/MVC/Blazor frameworks
• Expertise in SQL Server for database management
• Experience building APIs from scratch

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications
• Build and implement APIs from scratch to enable platform integrations
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for improved performance and reliability
