About the position

The Mid / Sr Financial Program Manager will oversee technical projects related to financial systems, specifically focusing on Treasury systems. This role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills to effectively manage project delivery, engage with both technical and business teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The position involves collaboration with various teams to facilitate project governance, vendor management, and risk assessment, while also creating project plans and managing multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex financial systems implementations, preferably Treasury systems.
• Engage with Treasury Modernization teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and business teams.
• Create Work Breakdown Structures and high-level project plans.
• Assess risks and manage vendor delivery.
• Conduct scope and status calls with cross-functional teams.
• Work with leadership to establish project priorities.
• Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies in project management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Delivery Manager in financial systems implementations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly regarding regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with executives and technical staff.
• Experience managing onshore and offshore teams and contractors.
• Familiarity with 'ATOM Treasury and Risk' system from Financial Sciences is a major plus.
• Experience in modern IT technical/software/systems implementation.
