About the position

The Mid / Sr Financial Program Manager for Treasury Systems is a remote position focused on managing complex financial systems implementations, particularly in the treasury domain. The role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and business teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects while adhering to regulatory requirements. The manager will oversee multiple initiatives, facilitate communication across teams, and manage vendor relationships to drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Work with Treasury Modernization teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with workstream teams to identify gaps, impediments, and executables.
• Manage project governance and vendor relationships.
• Assess risks associated with projects.
• Facilitate scope and status calls with cross-functional teams.
• Create work breakdown structures and high-level project plans.
• Oversee vendor delivery management.
• Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies in project management.
• Work with leadership teams to establish project priorities.
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Delivery Manager in financial systems implementations, preferably treasury systems.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Experience with 'ATOM Treasury and Risk' system from Financial Sciences is a major plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and business teams.
• Experience managing onshore and offshore teams and contractors.
• Modern IT technical/software/systems implementation experience is a must.
