About the position

The Mid Technical Account Manager (TAM) plays a crucial role in supporting customer journeys through DevSecOps CI/CD processes, acting as a key technical liaison to ensure customer success. This position requires a blend of technical expertise in DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines, along with strong customer engagement skills. The TAM will manage escalations, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to the success of various customer projects, necessitating a deep understanding of cloud systems and CI/CD methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical sales engineer, supporting DevSecOps CI/CD processes and ensuring customer success.
  • Manage customer escalations and facilitate smooth customer journeys through complex lifecycle stages.
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for enterprise-scale applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of DevSecOps solutions.
  • Provide expertise in source version control, build/release tools, and CI/CD methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC) solutions using tools like Jenkins, Packer, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Engage with cloud systems and architectures such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm for development.
  • Serve as a generalist for DevSecOps, working on multiple complex tasks with autonomy and creativity.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • TS/SCI clearance required or the ability to obtain one.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab, and containerized applications (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong experience in software development with Java, Python, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
  • Familiarity with microservice architectures (REST, JMS, AMQP) and Linux scripting (Bash, Python).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in high-performing teams.
