About the position

The Credit Portfolio Manager II (CPM), Middle Market plays a crucial role in the financial analysis necessary for making informed credit decisions on both new and existing business ventures. This position supports the commercial banking team by recommending credit solutions that add significant value to customers. The CPM is responsible for managing a designated portfolio of Middle Market commercial loans, ensuring compliance with loan agreements, regulatory requirements, and underwriting and risk rating policies. In addition to credit management, the CPM provides leadership in people management by hiring top talent, setting performance goals, developing staff, and managing employee performance and compensation decisions.
