About the position
Duke School is seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to serve as the Middle School Director, starting July 1, 2025. This role involves overseeing 200 students in grades 5-8 and 24 faculty/staff, focusing on fostering a collaborative community that promotes inquiry-based learning. The Director will advocate for project-based learning and build authentic relationships within the school community, aligning the middle school program with the school's mission and core values.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the middle school program for grades 5-8.
- Lead and manage a team of 24 faculty and staff.
