About the position
The position involves providing leadership and direction for a specific level of a sports program, focusing on basketball. The coach will coordinate school-level programs with other agency programs and develop opportunities for athletes to acquire and demonstrate speed and quickness techniques in their sport. The role requires collaboration with other coaches and the Athletic Director to ensure the delivery of a successful program.

Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of fundamental skill development strategies.
- Ability to demonstrate and instruct fundamentals of offensive and defensive basketball.
- Experience in development and oversight of strength and conditioning program.
- Prior coaching experience.
- Experience in agency level support programs, including clinics and workshops.
- Strong professional/personal morals and ethics, serving as a positive role model for student athletes.
