About the position
Elite Learning Academy is seeking part-time tutors for Middle School and High School students in Math, English, and Science. The role focuses on providing personalized educational support tailored to individual student needs, ensuring a high-quality learning experience. Tutors will engage with students in small class settings, maintain detailed records of sessions, and communicate effectively with students and their guardians.
Responsibilities
- Complete an initial Training Program and ongoing Training.
- Prepare lesson plans tailored to individual students.
- Teach students in classes with a student-teacher ratio ranging from 1 to 1 up to 4 to 1.
- Keep detailed records of tutoring sessions.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and the Center Director.
- Encourage students through immediate feedback and set high standards and goals.
- Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously with a focus on student needs.
- Stay up to date with the latest teaching techniques and relevant subjects.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
- Middle/High School level knowledge in teaching Math, English, and Science.
- Teacher certification or prior teaching experience is preferred.

- Ability to work after school hours (4.00 P.M. onwards on weekdays and 9.00 A.M. onwards on some weekends).
