Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and qualified Paraprofessional to join our partnered school district in Wolfeboro, NH. Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in classroom activities and lesson implementation
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
- Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment
- Support students with special needs or learning disabilities
- Assist in the preparation of instructional materials and classroom organization
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
