Springfield Prep is seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to join our mission-driven community. Teaching at Springfield Prep is unique due to our emphasis on co-teaching and collaboration, ensuring that educators work together towards a common goal. New teachers will benefit from weekly one-on-one coaching in their first year, with bi-weekly coaching for all teachers thereafter. Our schedule includes built-in professional development and team meeting time, allowing students to dismiss early on Fridays to accommodate this. Teachers will have access to resources, support, and planning time to develop and refine their curriculum and lesson plans, backed by incredible Operations, Student Support, and School Culture teams that allow educators to focus on teaching.
