About the position
The Chatham Middle School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Middle School Teacher of Science for a full-time, tenure track position. The role is designed for an educator who is committed to fostering a love of learning in all students and has a strong understanding of differentiated instruction. The position is available immediately and is benefits eligible.
Requirements
- NJ Elementary School Teacher with Science Specialization Gr. 5-8 certification or NJ Teacher of Physical Science (K-12)
- NJ Elementary School Teacher with STEM Specialization Gr. 5-8 certification or NJ Teacher of Biological, Earth or other Science (K-12)
- Experience teaching in a middle school setting (preferred)
- Strong understanding of differentiated instruction (preferred)
- Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in all students
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families
- Proficiency in technology (SMARTboard, Chromebooks, etc.)
