About the position

The MIITS Intelligence Knowledge Network Manager at Peraton is responsible for the high-level design and management of enterprise application systems. This role involves establishing the system's structure, resolving user issues, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and managing the migration of applications to the Army Intel cloud. The position requires overseeing the Intelligence Knowledge Network Team's activities, including requirements development, full stack development, coding, analysis, testing, and production.

Responsibilities

• Performs independent high-level design of enterprise application systems.
• Establishes the basic structure of the system and defines essential core design features.
• Works with systems users to identify and resolve user problems and concerns for complex projects.
• Conducts cost-benefit analyses to determine the best approach for meeting requirements.
• Generates acceptance test requirements for complex systems in collaboration with designers, test engineers, and users.
• Manages all activities of the Intelligence Knowledge Network Team, including requirements development, full stack development, coding, analysis, testing, and production.
• Manages the migration of all required applications to the Army Intel cloud.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience with a BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
• Previous management experience in rapid application development is required.
• Management experience in full stack development, coding, application analysis, and testing is required.
• Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.
