About the position
The Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC) for Adults provides non-medical counseling services to military personnel and their families. This role focuses on addressing the unique challenges faced by service members and their families, including stress management, relationship issues, and deployment-related concerns. The counselor will work in a supportive environment, offering guidance and resources to enhance the well-being of clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical counseling services to military personnel and their families.

- Collaborate with military and community resources to provide comprehensive support.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Current state licensure as a counselor or therapist.
- Experience working with military families or in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
