About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Military Veteran Teller to join our National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role focuses on supporting customer engagement through processing transactions, sharing digital solutions, and building relationships with customers. The position emphasizes operational efficiency while adhering to established policies and procedures, and it provides opportunities for personal and professional growth within a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions and sharing digital solutions.
• Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies.
• Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently.
• Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures.
• Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles.
• Interact with customers to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete requested transactions.
• Identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs.

Requirements

• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Nice-to-haves

• Military experience in any branch of service.
• Military experience in a customer-facing role.
• Relevant military experience including working in personnel benefits management or military recruiting.
• Well-organized, independent, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling experience.
