Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Organize and coordinate project activities, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring objectives are met.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, motivating them toward achieving mission-critical goals.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, implementing strategic solutions to prevent and mitigate issues.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with all stakeholders, including giving regular project updates and setting expectations.
• Take extreme ownership of project success and lead the team forward with confidence and resilience.
• Maintain a big-picture perspective while managing the details and anticipating potential challenges.

Requirements

• PMP certification
• 5 years of project management experience
• 3 years of military experience
• 1 year of budgeting experience
• 4 years as a certified project manager
• 2 years of leadership experience
• Strong communication skills
