Requirements

• Experience as a Millwright or in a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical issues.
• Ability to perform preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Working with a high-performance team dedicated to maintaining all mill machinery including pumps, conveyors, compressors, mechanical systems, rollers & chains, bearings, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems involved in the manufacturing process.
• Keeping our systems running smoothly by performing preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance.
• Inspecting machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions.
