About the position

The Millwright position at Enterprise Products Partners L.P. involves the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various rotating equipment essential for midstream energy services. This role is critical in ensuring the operational efficiency of equipment such as turbines, compressors, pumps, and motors, contributing to the overall success of the company's energy services.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot rotating equipment including natural gas turbines, centrifugal, reciprocating and axial flow compressors, vertical and horizontal pumps, blowers, fans, and expanders, electric motors, and generators.
• Conduct vibration analysis and machine shop operations.
• Perform precision machinery alignment techniques.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams on equipment repairs, including replacement of mechanical seals and installation and alignment of rotating equipment.
• Repair fans, blowers, reciprocating, centrifugal, and screw compressors and pumps.
• Utilize basic rigging and flagging knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of millwright training schools is a plus, particularly in seal replacement, vibration analysis, and alignment training.
• Experience in replacing mechanical seals and aligning equipment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting problems in various rotating equipment including pumps, turbines, compressors, fans, and gearboxes.
• Valid driver's license.
