About The Position

The Millwright position at Enterprise Products Partners L.P. involves the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various rotating equipment essential for midstream energy services. This role is critical in ensuring the operational efficiency of equipment such as turbines, compressors, pumps, and motors, contributing to the overall success of the company's energy services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Millwright training schools are a plus (seal, vibration analysis, alignment training).
• Experience in replacing mechanical seals, aligning equipment, and troubleshooting problems in various rotating equipment.
• Knowledge of pumps, turbines, compressors, fans, and gearboxes, with the ability to replace mechanical seals and align equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with rigging and flagging.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in the installation, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of rotating equipment including Natural Gas Turbines, Centrifugal, Reciprocating and Axial Flow Compressors, Vertical and Horizontal Pumps, Blowers, Fans and Expanders, Electric Motors and Generators.
• Knowledge of vibration analysis, machine shop operations, and precision machinery alignment techniques.
• Work with operations and maintenance on repairs to equipment, including replacement of mechanical seals, installation and alignment of rotating equipment, and repairs to fans and blowers, reciprocating, centrifugal, and screw compressors and pumps.
