About the position

The Sales and Brand Ambassador role at Dirty Dill is a dynamic position focused on expanding the brand's market presence through sales and promotional activities. This hybrid position offers both full-time salary with commission and commission-only options, allowing for flexibility in work hours and performance-based compensation. The ambassador will engage with various accounts, conduct tastings, and participate in events to promote Dirty Dill's unique products, including their signature pickle shots.

Responsibilities

  • Visit on and off-premise accounts weekly to maintain and strengthen relationships.
  • Introduce Dirty Dill products to new accounts each week.
  • Schedule ride-alongs with distributor sales teams to drive sales.
  • Create and execute follow-up plans for new accounts.
  • Complete the Daily Stops Log to track and report daily sales activities.
  • Utilize and update CRM daily and clock in to QuickBooks at each account.
  • Attend weekly meetings with officers and managers to discuss progress and strategies.
  • Schedule and conduct tastings at liquor stores and bar promotions monthly.
  • Work festivals and events, representing Dirty Dill and earning hourly pay.
  • Set up point-of-sale displays at liquor stores.

Requirements

  • 1 year of sales experience required.
  • Driver's License is mandatory.
  • Experience in social media marketing and customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and B2B sales is beneficial.
  • Experience in events management is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the beverage industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
