About the position

As a Food Service Worker at Burger King, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food in a fast-paced environment while ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Prepare flavorful, flame-broiled burgers for customers.
• Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile.
• Acknowledge waiting customers promptly at the register.
• Listen to customer needs and ask follow-up questions.
• Ensure customers have an extraordinary shopping experience.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers.

Requirements

• Completion of at least two years of high school preferred.
• Ability to follow oral instructions and perform simple tasks.
• Must be able to qualify for a food handlers card.
• Creditable job-related experience may substitute for education on a 9 months for 9 months basis.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to cross-train and work in other areas of the store as needed.
• Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and team members.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
