About the position

The MIS Project Coordinator at McCollister's Transportation is responsible for supporting the Project Managers in overseeing installation activities and related construction projects. This role involves effective communication with both customer and partner project management staff, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining customer satisfaction while contributing to the profitability of the organization. The position allows for remote work and requires flexibility to address various project-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager for the assigned projects.
• Communicate with customer/partner project management staff.
• Coordinate internally with other divisions of McCollister's.
• Ensure quality assurance of all aspects of assigned project responsibilities.
• Develop and track purchase orders, change orders, vendor invoices, and project billings.
• Assist Project Manager with on-site check-ins, completion documents, and customer follow-up through emails or portals.
• Occasional travel to job site locations and customer meetings.
• Manage sub-contractors and vendors while maintaining project timelines.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 2+ years in a similar position.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google G Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of follow-through to job completion.
