About the position

The Mission Liaison Specialist plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with outside organizations to support mission objectives. This position involves communication, coordination, and the preparation of various documents to ensure compliance with policies and effective collaboration among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with designated outside organizations
• Provide assistance to outside organizations
• Communicate and coordinate on matters pertaining to the mission
• Maintain awareness of current and changing mission related plans, policies, guidance, doctrine, operations, funding, tactics, technological developments, and assessments
• Prepare position papers, background briefs, assessments, fact sheets, interagency agreements, and memorandums of understanding and agreement for Government review and approval
• Communicate guidance to the designated organizations to ensure proper coordination and compliance with policy
• Recommend coordination priorities
• Develop concepts of coordination for mission Annexes for Campaign Plans, Operation Orders, and Contingency Plans
• Assist in the development of concepts of operation
• Prepare reports, presentations and plans required for periodic updates

Requirements

• 3-10 years of experience
• English professional fluency preferred, with the ability to speak, read, and write to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to obtain and maintain RSO Vetting Security Clearance
• Ability to successfully pass any employment related drug screening and background security check
