About the position

The Mitigation Manager at 24 Hour Flood Pros is responsible for assisting clients who have experienced man-made and natural disasters. This role involves assessing property damage, executing mitigation services, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the restoration process. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, hardworking, and eager to grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assess property damage caused by fire, water, mold, and weather disasters.
• Execute all water mitigation and extraction services.
• Decontaminate and deodorize indoor spaces.
• Monitor and complete the drying process according to IICRC guidelines.
• Perform detailed cleaning of structures and contents.
• Document all work in software applications.
• Provide excellent customer service that translates into positive online reviews.
• Communicate regularly with management and office personnel.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to drive company vehicles.
• 1 year of experience in Mitigation.
• Restoration industry experience.
• Project management skills.
• IICRC Certification.
• Ability to work in all types of weather and environments.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift.
• Strong communication, listening, and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-haves
