About the position

The Mitigation Manager at APEX Abatements LLC is responsible for assisting clients who have experienced property damage due to man-made and natural disasters. This role involves assessing damages, managing the restoration process, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the project. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, hardworking, and eager to grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assess property damage caused by fire, water, mold, and weather disasters.
• Execute all water mitigation and extraction services.
• Decontaminate and deodorize indoor spaces.
• Monitor and complete the drying process according to IICRC guidelines.
• Perform detailed cleaning of structures and contents.
• Document all work using software applications.
• Provide excellent customer service that translates into positive online reviews.
• Communicate regularly with management and office personnel.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to drive company vehicles.
• 1 year of experience in Mitigation.
• Restoration industry experience.
• IICRC Certification.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift.
• Comfortable working in the field, in all types of weather and environments.
• Strong communication, listening, and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the restoration industry (2 years preferred).
