About the position

ServiceMaster by One Call Restoration is seeking a dedicated Mitigation Project Manager to oversee restoration projects in Santa Ana. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient execution of water, mold, and fire damage restoration projects while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with insurance guidelines. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, coordinate with various stakeholders, and utilize industry-standard software to deliver exceptional restoration solutions to the community.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee water mitigation, mold, contents, and fire projects from initiation to completion, adhering to insurance guidelines and requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to assess damage, develop restoration plans, and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Utilize industry standard software and data management tools (Restore365) and Xactanalysis to keep each claim updated, communicate with adjusters, and provide timely uploads of final bills.
• Provide initial estimates, comp bids, and final bills utilizing Xactimate estimating software.
• Ensure daily mitigation data entry by field crews is accurate and timely.
• Supervise on-site activities, including managing mitigation crews, coordinating with testing companies, meeting with insurance adjusters, and ensuring the mitigation work is being completed in a timely and organized fashion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards throughout all project phases.
• Conduct quality inspections to guarantee that restoration work meets ServiceMaster One Call's high standards.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with all parties involved to address concerns, answer inquiries, and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements

• Xactimate experience is required, along with familiarity with mitigation management software (Dash, Mica, Mitigate, etc.).
• Proven experience in project management within the restoration industry, demonstrating expertise in fire restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and contents projects (pack out/in and storage).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as a professional appearance and demeanor.
• IICRC or similar certification or training in restoration services is a plus.
• Spanish speaker a plus.
