About the position

The Restoration Project Manager at SERVPRO of The Windsors is responsible for managing remediation projects related to water, fire, and mold damage. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the job, from initial scoping and customer education to project management and final inspections, ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls for water, fire, and mold damage.
• Evaluate damages and create job scopes.
• Educate customers on how SERVPRO® can assist them and explain the job process.
• Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate.
• Create scope and prepare crew for the job.
• Create and review estimates.
• Keep customers and adjusters informed about the job status.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontract work.
• Inspect services and conduct final walk-throughs on jobs.
• Manage customer service and the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Xactimate is required.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in the restoration industry is necessary.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
• Ability to work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in water damage restoration.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in fire restoration.
