The Mitigation Technician at 24 Hour Flood Pros plays a crucial role in helping victims of disasters restore their properties and lives. This position involves assessing damage, determining salvageable items, and executing restoration tasks. Responsibilities

• Assess property damaged by fire, water, mold, and weather disasters
• Execute all water mitigation and extraction services
• Decontaminate and deodorize indoor space
• Detailed cleaning of structure and contents
• Document all work in software apps

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to drive company vehicles
• Comfortable working in the field, in all types of weather and environments
• Ability to stand for an entire shift
• Great communication, listening, and teamwork skills
• Comfortable with using power and hand tools
• Available for after-hours on-call schedule
