About the position

The ML Engineer with Azure position at AgreeYa Solutions involves integrating machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities into the ServiceNow platform. The role requires building ML/AI-enabled applications, evolving ML Ops processes, and architecting end-to-end proof of concepts and prototypes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engineering processes necessary for training ML/AI models at scale in the cloud, with a strong focus on using Azure ML services.

Responsibilities

• Integrate ML/AI capabilities into the ServiceNow platform
• Build ML/AI enabled applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Help evolve the ML Ops process
• Build high quality components through the entire process including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, release, and support
• Architect, design and build end to end proof of concept and prototype of products and solutions

Requirements

• Experience with integrating ML/AI capabilities into platforms
• Strong knowledge of Python and data science libraries
• Good understanding of MLOps process, preferably using Azure ML service
• Strong knowledge of microservices frameworks and asynchronous processing libraries
• Experience implementing machine learning and deep learning solutions
• Strong experience with prompt engineering and using large language models/generative AI services
• Strong data analysis skills
• Experience delivering NLP/NLU/NLQ solutions
