Responsibilities

• Develop features for the company and its customers.
• Implement unit and functional/integration testing.
• Share knowledge and learning with the team and contribute to system architecture design decisions.
• Improve the scalability and security of applications.
• Interface with QA, UX/product design, and DevOps teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Android developer or equivalent experience in software development.
• Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals.
• Ability to effectively communicate within a team and with project stakeholders.
• Experience with Constraint layout, Recycler View, and Compound Components.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs is a plus.
• Familiarity with Mockito mocking library, Espresso UI testing, Android Jetpack, Navigation, Retrofit, and MVVM architecture.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with iOS development appreciated.
