About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Application Customer Support professional to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving complaint tickets and contributing to the enhancement of our applications features.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in closing customer complaint tickets related to the Mobile Application
  • Communicate primarily via email with customers to address and resolve issues
  • Identify problems, provide general information, and add points to customer accounts
  • Support the addition of a chat feature and possibly phone support to the app

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, helpline, or troubleshooting roles
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling repetitive tasks with precision
