About the position

The Mobile App Developer position is focused on supporting the Smart Building Innovations team within a global healthcare company. The role involves configuring content for the company's global workplace app and ensuring the accuracy of space data for analytics platforms. The candidate will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to enhance mobile app functionality and improve space utilization across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Learn new programs quickly
• Familiarity with mobile apps and development processes
• Utilize occupancy utilization tools
• Apply agile project management principles and use JIRA
• Maintain attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-manage workload and time effectively
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize Microsoft Programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Collaborate with colleagues from IT, marketing, facilities, and real estate
• Demonstrate outstanding communication skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field (preferred)
• 8-10 years of work experience in a professional environment
• Experience in a large corporate cross-functional environment
• Experience with mobile apps and development processes
• Strong background in mobile app configuration and IT workspace utilization data management
• Customer-facing experience
• Familiarity with agile project management and JIRA
• Proficiency in Microsoft Programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
