About the position

The Mobile App Developer at Bloombox will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications across various platforms. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and drive innovation in mobile and desktop application development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications.
• Package, publish, and deploy applications to the Android and iOS app stores.
• Utilize tools such as Android Studio and Xcode for app development and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mobile app development and developing responsive web applications using modern web technologies and frameworks.
• Strong proficiency with Tauri, React Native, Flutter, Ionic, Xamarin, or similar frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in packaging, publishing, and deploying mobile applications to the Android and iOS app stores.
• Experience with Android Studio and Xcode.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as Svelte, React, or similar.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration.
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field OR extensive professional experience in software development.
